Meet Lychee, a gentle albino boy with a sweet, curious nature. While he can be shy at first, Lychee appears to have had some handling and human exposure before entering care. This foundation has helped him feel comfortable enough to approach life with quiet confidence.

During calm times in the precinct, Lychee can often be seen exploring his pen, nibbling, wandering, and checking out his surroundings. When things get busy or too many people are around, he prefers retreating to the safety of his hides - a completely normal behaviour for a prey species like guinea pigs.

Lychee is best suited to being a single pig, as he has shown incompatibility with at least one other male, whom he arrived with. Both boys wanted to be the dominant boar, and neither was willing to back down, resulting in a scuffle. For Lychee's wellbeing, he is recommended as an only pig.

However, Lychee may be suitable in a home with another male guinea pig, as long as he is housed separately from any other boars. Many guinea pigs enjoy living near others even if they are not compatible as direct cage-mates, and Lychee may still benefit from visual and vocal interaction at a safe distance.
